Q: How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?

A: Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it , and will wait next to the information desk. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please ask the assistant at the information desk to page your driver or call us on 020-7274-7149 from any telephone box at the airport and we will locate him / her for you.


Q: What happens if the flight is delayed?

A: All flight arrival times are checked with the airline , should you arrive early or late (no matter how late!) The driver will wait for you .


Q: How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?

A: The driver will wait for 60 minutes before making enquiries with the airline, customs or immigration and will make a 3 paging calls , only after all of this done and there is no sign of the passenger will the driver leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or the baggage area for more than one hour after arrival , please call our office to ensure your driver will wait, if for some reasons you can not get in touch call us when you are out and we will send another car for you at no extra cost.


Q: How long is the trip between the airport & London?

A: The total trip time between airport terminal & city1 location takes from 60-90 minutes for Heathrow & 90-120 minutes for Gatwick each way depending on time of day and traffic conditions also it might take longer if there is public transport strike or road work.


Q: Do your drivers carry Mobile-phones ?

A: Yes all our drivers carry mobile-phones. Passengers may have the use of these if required (a fee will be charged if the call exceed 2 minutes or if the call is international ( 0.50 a minute for UK calls and 1.50 a minute for international calls)


Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept: American Express , visa Card , Master Card and JCB Card ( Cash also accepted with prior agreement)


Q: Do you do tours/sightseeing ?

A: Yes we offer Hourly / daily hire for tours/sightseeing and allow a complete flexibility to your schedule


Q: What is your position on cancellation?

A: All cancellation to be notified to the booking centre by e-mail 24 hours before landing if you had booked an airport pick up. - If the pick up is in London 4 hours prior to the pickup time is requested. (Sufficient time is required) or the cost of the journey will be charged.


For booking of one day or more we require 3 days notice of cancellation or the deposit will be lost.
